When to Cleanse
Energy cleansing is most supportive when you feel scattered, heavy, or overstimulated. Use this ritual after social interactions, intense work sessions, travel, or whenever you want to reconnect with yourself.
Quick Supply List
- Glass of water (or herbal infusion)
- Essential oil, aura spray, or hydrosol
- Favorite cleansing tool: bells, chimes, smoke, or visualization
- Optional: selenite wand or clear quartz
Practice Steps
1. Claim Your Space (2 minutes)
Stand or sit comfortably. Take three deep breaths, exhaling with a sigh. State aloud, “I call back my energy. I anchor fully into my body.” Feel your presence cascade back to your center.
2. Reset the Aura (4 minutes)
Sweep your cleansing tool from head to toe, front and back. If using visualization, imagine a waterfall of light washing down through your field, dissolving and carrying away what does not belong to you.
3. Seal the Edges (3 minutes)
Mist yourself with water or aura spray, or trace a protective symbol around your body. Whisper a simple spell, such as, “Only what is for my highest and deepest good may enter this field.”
4. Rehydrate & Ground (3 minutes)
Sip your water slowly. Feel it anchoring you back into present time. Rest one hand on your belly and one on your heart as you breathe gratitude into your body.
5. Intention Moment (3 minutes)
Close your eyes and imagine a soft light expanding from your heart. Choose a focus for the day such as calm, clarity, or receptivity. Let the chosen feeling fill the space around you.
